    • Brief introductions and sharing retreat intentions.

    • Overview of the retreat program.

    Free Time: Relax, explore the venue, or enjoy the outdoor spaces.

    Evening:

    Traditional Moroccan Dinner: Prepared by local chefs featuring tagines, fresh salads, and seasonal desserts.

    Sunrise Yoga Class (60 mins): Focus on grounding and energy.

    Moroccan Breakfast.

    Mid-Morning:

    Women’s Circle: An intimate session to share stories, reflect, and connect.

    Afternoon:

    Lunch: Traditional Berber cuisine, served al fresco.

    Free Time: Relax by the pool, enjoy a book, or connect with other participants/ Experience a traditional Moroccan hammam, including a scrub and massage.

    Cooking Class: Learn to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes like couscous or Tajin with local chefs.

    Evening:

    Dinner: Enjoy the dishes prepared earlier during the cooking class.

    Dynamic Yoga Class (75 mins): Energizing flows to awaken the body and mind.

    Breakfast: Traditional Moroccan fare with fresh juices and herbal teas.

    Mid-Morning:

    Visit to a Local Hammam:

    Experience a traditional Moroccan hammam, including a scrub and soap massage.

    Free Time: Relax by the pool, enjoy a book, or connect with other participants

    Lunch.

    Women’s Circle: An intimate session to share stories, reflect, and connect

    Dinner: A magical evening with a live traditional Moroccan band.
